At DokiDoki Cosplay, we want you to love your transformation, which is why we offer a 7-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that custom-sized costumes and intimate accessories are final sale due to hygiene and manufacturing standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the costume in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, wigs, and props are included to avoid partial refund deductions.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it via a trackable service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
